When choices are limited....

I started 2015 of the Gregorian calendar year 2015 (only introduced in 1582 Wikipedia tells me) with intentions of spreading hope and peace.

I was touched by an interview about women and human rights in Pakistan, one of the countries where you have limited choices as a woman. Two young women of a Pakistani activist family create the changes for a more equal society and a peaceful world one person at a time. Pretty moving.

Till 1 February the interview is available via the link: http://downloads.bbc.co.uk/podcasts/worldservice/outlook/outlook_20150101-1300a.mp3

“Alice came to a fork in the road. 'Which road do I take?' she asked.
'Where do you want to go?' responded the Cheshire Cat.
'I don't know,' Alice answered.
'Then,' said the Cat, 'it doesn't matter.”

So one tiny step, one hinge moment, one touch, one person, one smile, one act of kindness, one intention at a time - enough.
